- Nursery Preparation: Undertake nursery preparation for early cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli.
- Harvesting Upland Rice: Harvest matured upland rice. After harvest, dry the grains promptly under sunlight or in a mechanical dryer, and cover them with plastic sheets to prevent moisture absorption.
- Lowland Rice Management: Maintain a water level of 8-10 cm for normal growth and development of lowland rice during the panicle initiation stage.

- Pest and Disease Control: Prolonged foggy mornings create a favorable environment for leaf spot diseases and the spread of phyllody. In case of severe infection, spray Imidacloprid @ 0.5 ml/litre of water or Thiamethoxam @ 1g/litre of water to control leafhopper vectors, and Mancozeb @ 1g/litre of water to manage leaf spot diseases.
